When you change address the law states you have just 30 days to notify the organisation that issued the passport. Whilst we do not penalise
owners for applying late, owners who are stopped by Trading Standards would be liable to a Fixed Penalty Notice (on the spot fine) if their details are not correct. Our
advice is to update your address straight away!
Owner Services allows you to notify us of a Change Of Address without the need to post the passport to us. Within 7 days you will receive a receipt label in the post with instructions about attaching it to your passport.
