Frequently Asked Questions

What does an Identity passport look like?

Our current passport is 28 page, A5 document bound with a tough burgundy and clear plastic cover. It is bound by rivets and printed on cream coloured, chemically watermarked paper with a hologram applied to the front page. It contains all the pages you will need to meet the requirements of the legislation.

There are several older versions. These may only have a clear cover and may not have a watermark or chemically watermarked paper. However, all our passports are printed, with no handwritten data, and bound by two rivets.
