The Horse Passport Agency does not charge a fee but does require the following information :

If you are the registered owner and would like the passport returned to you then please state this in your letter and include a Stamped, Self Addressed Envelope with the correct amount of stamps.
If your animal has been sent to the slaughter house then your passport must go with the animal and then it is the duty of the slaughter house to ensure that the passports are sent back to the issuing organisation.
